How to name question fields

When you include a question in your form, the title of each question will appear in the Summary and Submission tabs of your published form. Utilize these question titles to review and analyze the responses in your form.

In the example below, we included “Your Name” and “Your Age” as the question titles in a form. After the first response is received, any provided answers will be displayed in the Summary tab under each corresponding question title.

In the Submissions tab, you can view each respondent’s answers in a table format. Each question title will have its own column.

Create question titles

You can tell AI the name of question titles you want to create.
Question titles are not automatically created in your forms when you manually add question titles.

To manually add question titles:

• Insert a question
• Enter the title in Label section
